Dodge resurrected the Demon

if you know you know” is the slogan of the new teaser campaign with which Dodge, on January 12th, announced the next level of High-performance muscle cars: the Challenger SRT Demon.

Here is the original press release by Tim Kuniskis, Head of Passenger Car Brands – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT – FCA North America. “Most cars attempt to be everything to everybody. Then there are the rare few that revel in a single objective, rendering them totally irresistible to a subculture, the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is conceived, designed and engineered for a subculture of enthusiasts who know that a tenth is a car and a half second is your reputation.

Demon is not a brand new nameplate in association with Dodge. The most enthusiastic fans will for sure recall the Demon versions of the Dodge Dart built across 1971 and 1972.
The Demon name appeared again in 2007 when a Dodge Demon Concept was presented at the Geneva Motor Show.

The new Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is said to be capable to outpunch the Hellcat thanks to a more aggressive feeling and more evilish look. Will this be true?

The World Premiere of this model will be on April 2017, during the International Motor Show in New York.
